Sustainable art has a new home

M.A.D. Gallery, the art and design-based brainchild of Reverse Garbage, is set to become the prodigal art son that has returned. The once Newtown-based creative space will move to its new home - a container out the front of Reverse Garbage – later this month. It will also undergo a fitting name change, retitled Container Gallery.

Catch phrases and eco obsessions aside, it is always a delight to stumble across a creative space that focuses on utilising materials already in existence, rather than buying and creating with new products. We’re not too sure about you, dear reader, but we here at kluster have been quite obsessed with the wonder that is Reverse Garbage since our heady university years. As such, any gallery conceived by the Garbage is a-ok with us. Find out more about M.A.D. here and watch this space for more info.
