Fancy yourself a bit of a dab hand with a camera? Do you have photo evidence of your rocking good times at Marion Bay? If your skills fit the bill, you could find yourself snapping along with the best at this year’s Falls Festival.
Tourism Tasmania have teamed up with Falls Festival for an exciting photographic comptition. Upload your photos and you could win flights, car hire, accommodation and, of course, tickets and photo passes for The Falls Music and Arts Festival Marion Bay, as well as the prestige of being Tourism Tasmania’s official photographer for the event.
You photos must be of Marion Bay and must be uploaded before December 12.
For full competition details and to vote on your favourite pics, hit the Falls Festival Facebook page.

Get your introspective self down to our artistic friends at Lo-Fi Collective next Thursday 12th at 6pm to catch Yimmy Yayo’s ‘Untitled & Unrelated’ photographic exhibition. Why the showcase? Apart from the obvious answer, "Why not", there's this:
When asked about the photos on display, Yimmy says he’s, “Just happy sharing them, and happy people like to look at them.”
Being the fine, charitable chap that he is, Yimmy has decided to donate all the proceeds from the exhibition to JUMP, Australia’s largest mentoring program for young emerging artists in Sydney. Raffle tickets ($1) will be sold at the door and inside exhibition. See some fantastic photography and maybe win yourself a prize!

Garry Trinh might be surprised to be alive, but we’re pretty glad he is. The Sydney-based photographer has been rocking our world for some time now, with his fresh and unique take on everyday surroundings.
Izrock Pressings obviously share our love for Garry’s work, as they have bundled up a collection of his photos into a brand new publication that you can take home with you. Just Heaps Surprised to Be Alive is a limited edition of 100 copies, printed in glorious black and white. Needless to say, these won’t last long, so make haste to the Izrock online store.
