Get ready for a legendary comeback, as dance music superstars Orbital announce an Australian tour on the back of their Playground Weekender appearance. In their first Australian appearance in 18 years, the electronic improvisers have added Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne dates to the schedule.
Orbital will be appearing:
Friday 19th February – Billboard, Melbourne
Sunday 21st February – Playground Weekender, Del Rio Resort
Tuesday 23rd February - The Forum, Sydney
Wednesday 24th February – Family Nightclub. Brisbane
With the band dubbed as one of “50 bands to see before you die” by Q Magazine, you’d better make the most of this rare appearance.

The line up for the 2010 Playground Weekender just keeps getting better and better.
Organisers have just announced that Ok Go, Lost Valentinos, Bluejuice, King Tide, The Holidays and Mista Savona & Prince Alla will be joining Lupe Fiasco, Brian Jonestown Massacre and The Cribs and plenty more amazing acts at this four day music festival (running from 18th-21st February). So get your gameface on and get ready to be blown away by the beautiful location of the Del Rio Riverside Resort at Wisemans Ferry.

If you haven't grabbed your tickets for the 2010 Playground Weekender, get cracking. The Wiseman's Ferry festival, running from 18th-21st February, has just added a second round of names to its already massive lineup.
Joining the likes of Lupe Fiasco, The Polyphonic Spree and The Brian Jonestown Massacre are roof raisers Orbital, who return for their first Australian show since 1992. Also announced today are Sydney three-piece Pivot, Melbourne-based Washington and a DJ set from The Bees.
