Nothing says winter louder than Winterland does. For the first time ever, CarriageWorks has put together an array of activities to heat up your wintry nights throughout the month of July. Kluster managed to catch a glimpse of this free festival of music, arts, food and ice-skating at the opening night last Friday, and let’s just say it took more than ear-freezing temperatures to get us off the ice rink.
Visitors can indulge in a European winter experience with alpine culinary delights and European-style market stalls curated by the creative folks from The Finders Keepers. The market is open from July 8 to 31 on Thursday & Friday, 6pm – 10pm and Saturday, 11am – 10pm.
So get off your couch and head down to CarriageWorks at 245 Wilson Street, Eveleigh. Winterland continues until July 31, check the website for school holiday and night skating times.
