Melbourne exports, Children Collide have secured the coveted opportunity of having their single ‘Skeleton Dance’ as the official song for EA Sport FIFA 10 Playstation game. The exclusive track has been remixed by UK electro-pop quartet, Ladytron. This collaboration works surprisingly well. The grittier electro beats raise the energy and with elements of drum and bass, FIFA players will be riled up to play some serious soccer.
This is not the first time Children Collide has dabbled in sport accompaniment. ‘Social Currency’ was used as the theme song for Channel Nine’s Friday Night Football NRL coverage and the trio opened for this year’s State of Origin in Brisbane. Hmmm, interesting. Do we detect a sporty theme emerging here?
Check out the video to see some skeletons bust a move.

It's still a few weeks away, but we're overly excited (can you tell?) about our good friends Children Collide coming to Sydney to play a show on Friday, 17th April. It's great news because we always love to watch Johnny crooning into his guitar (yes, into). If Kurt was still around, he’d be proud as punch.
The even-better news is that they are also touring around the nation, so we can all share in the fun. It's very anti un-Australian of them. The best news is that if all you Sydneysiders get there early enough to see the support you'll get to check out Boarder Thieves. Trust us, you'll be glad you were punctual. Enough said.
